As a Real Estate Agent, I am frequently asked by potential Sellers
How much money do you get if you sell your house?
My answer is that once we arrive at a sale price, I will provide you with a Sellers net sheet this is an estimate of all charges that will be included in the deductions from the sale price of the property. This final number will vary from state-to-state. I will give you commission cost, state doc stamps, closing cost from the title company, title insurance and recording fees, to name a few. A Seller’s net sheet is a must and again can be provided by your Realtor.
Should I sell my house in 2020
The market is currently good. Inventory is low which means property values are high. Interest rates are at an all time low, which also adds to the market conditions. If a Seller has been considering putting their house on the market this is an excellent time.
Why hire Bill Blankenship to sell my house?
I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida for 10 years. During those years, I have learned both sides of the real-estate transaction. (Buying & Selling) I know the markets I serve and what needs to happen to make the buying and selling experience a successful one.
I am passionate about what I do. I don’t want to be that Realtor who gets your name on a contact and you never see them again. I am the Realtor who believes any problems or issues in a transaction can be resolved through communication. My honesty and integrity will never be compromised to make a dollar. There are many things to me that are more important than the commission. Honesty and integrity are two. Helping you to obtain your goal, whether it is selling your home or helping you find that perfect dream home, I will work tirelessly, to make that my goal a reality . I am your advisor on all levels of the transaction. If I can help you with any of your real estate needs. I am here to make it happen.
Who pays for what when selling a house?
Most Sellers are not sure what they pay and what the Buyer pays. These numbers can vary from transaction to transaction. The Seller as a rule will pay all commissions to the Realtor. The Seller will also pay state doc stamps (which is essentially a sales tax on the sale of real-estate.) Buyer will pay for an appraisal if required. If the Buyer is paying cash however, an appraisal may or may not be required. The Buyer will also pay for a survey, unless the Seller has one that is current, and could provide.
Can I sell my house without a realtor?
Sellers often ask why they would hire a Realtor, rather than for sale by owner. A professional Real Estate Agent will walk you through every step of the transaction. We help you to establish a market value of the property through a CMA (comparable market analysis). We are advisors as to the condition of the property, staging of the property, how to best market the property. Photographs will in most cases be professionally done. Your realtor will schedule open houses, do marketing campaigns, and be your consultant during this complicated process. Most importantly, a Realtor will schedule all showings with Buyers and Buyer’s representatives. We will pre-screen the Buyers making sure they are pre-qualified and not “just looking.”
There are many factors to consider when choosing a Realtor. First and foremost, as a Buyer or Seller, you must feel comfortable that the person you choose to represent you and has your best interest in mind. Choose a Realtor that has a record of success and has earned the respect of their peers.
