Originally from West Virginia, I've called Ocala home for 30 years. My extensive professional sales career in sales and sales management has given me a keen insight in meeting the needs of my clients. Helping you find the perfect home for the life you want to live is my ultimate goal.
I decided to pursue a career in real estate after some business dealings with two or three Real Estate Agents who encouraged me to get my real estate license. I’ve been a professional licensed Real Estate agent for over 10 years. In year 3, I sold over 3 million dollars in real estate in Marion County.
I’ve worked with both buyers and sellers to make their home buying process a positive experience with as little stress as possible and achieve the desired results. I’m well connected with local lenders, inspectors, builders and other vendors and know the process and the time frame needed to have a successful closing.
I use my personal website and social media to create marketing campaigns as well as the endless resources available to me through Berkshire Hathaway.
I am extremely knowledgeable in the 55 plus communities as well as first time home buyers and everything in between.
